We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the production of TM Royal Powder and TM "DeLaMark" produced by the Ukrainian company "De La Marque" confirmed the improved environmental characteristics of the environmental and human health effects through environmental certification in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation on environmental labeling .

The technical regulation on environmental labeling (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Regulation) was developed taking into account the European Parliament and Council Directive 66/2010 / EC of 25 November 2009 on the marking of the European Union environmental label and approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 18, 2011 No. 529. Requirement regarding the mandatory application of the provisions of this Technical Regulation for all business entities applying environmental labeling indicating environmental characteristics or product benefits since 2014.

Ecological certificate dated 09/30/2015 № UA 08.002.422 on the products of ТМ "Royal Powder" and TM "DeLaMark" testifies to the successful passage of environmental certification and gives the right to use environmental labeling in the format of allegations of environmental benefits and characteristics in combination with the ecological mark labeling "Green Crane" in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation. The environmental certificate was issued by the Center for Environmental Certification and Labeling of the NGO Living Planet, a product certification body that has international accreditation and recognition in 60 countries around the world, in particular Europe, the USA, Canada, Japan. The assessment of the products was carried out in compliance with the environmental criteria set by the standard OEM ODS 08.002.12.065:2011 Means of cleaning and cleaning products. Environmental criteria for assessing the life cycle,

The SOE Standard OEM 08.002.12.065 was developed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of TC 82 "Environmental Protection" by harmonization with the requirements of the Decision of the Commission of the EU 10/02/201 of 28 April 2011 on the establishment of environmental criteria for the award of the EU Eco-label for washing-up liquids .

Environmental criteria for detergents and cleaning products set additional requirements to state and European standards that characterize products as having improved characteristics regarding environmental and human health impacts.

These requirements include requirements for ingredients (not less than 60% of the contents must be oleochemical (natural) origin, the degree of biological decomposition of surfactants is not less than 80%, etc.). The OEM Standard 08.002.12.065 contains a number of restrictions and exemptions for the use of chemicals (in addition to government regulations), the level of toxicity and degree of risk in accordance with the requirements of EU law - Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and Commission Regulation ) №453 / 2010. Also, the standard sets requirements for indicators of environmental performance of production activities, the toxic volume of ready-to-use means and their ability to biological decomposition, packaging materials and consumer packaging.

The presence of an environmental certificate and the right to use environmental labeling in accordance with ISO 14024 provides an opportunity for our enterprise to promote certified means in the category "ECO" on legal grounds.

Also, it should be noted that environmental certification in accordance with ISO 14024 provides the opportunity to inform and apply the communications necessary for all operators and consumers who do not discriminate and do not tolerate the ecological load from one stage of life cycle to others, and excludes the dishonest business. The application of these principles in European practice applies to all companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises.

In March 2009, the European Commission initiated the implementation of the principles of responsibility in retail and consumption (Retail and Consumer Awareness Forum - English). This initiative allowed the introduction of the principles of responsibility in the "green marketing" and the introduction of effective communications in the trade establishments, which would include monitoring the use of environmental and organic labeling, including in the format of advertising declarations - exclusively by the presence of appropriate certificates, clearly distinguishing between ecological and organic products, but expanding the range of such products, and highlighting it on the shelves of stores, marked "ecological" or "organic" product. The initiative of the European Commission was supported by hundreds of trading networks and trade facilities, including such well-known networks as Auchan, C & A, IKEA,

From year to year, more and more Ukrainian consumers are more attentive to the labeling and certification of products, and in many cases, they prefer products that are more safe for health and the environment. This conclusion was made by independent experts who analyzed consumers' opinion according to the results of a survey of visitors to the trade networks of Kyiv in the framework of the project "Consumption - a way to preserve the environment and improve the quality of life" with the support of the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine
